City of Smyrna No Tobacco Policy:
Effective January 1, 2008, tobacco use shall be prohibited at all City buildings, including City sponsored events, and on all city property including all City buildings (inside and outside), sidewalks, parking lots, and parks. Smoking and the use of all tobacco products is prohibited in all City owned buildings and facilities. This no tobacco policy applies to all employees as well as citizens, customers, visitors, and other individuals while inside any City of Smyrna building or facility. All persons while inside any City of Smyrna. Tobacco use is defined as the use of tobacco leaves that may be smoked, (in cigarettes, cigars, and pipes), applied to the gums (as dipping and chewing tobacco), or inhaled (as snuff).
